COURSE NAME: Fiber Optics Military Installation Professional (4030)
Course length:
5
days
Overview:
Infotec offers a 40-hour Military Fiber Optics Installation Professional course. This course addresses the general criteria for using either military tactical fiber optic connector assemblies (TFOCA) or MIL-STD-2042()(SH) M28876 M29504 connector assemblies. Students will be provided guidance on installation, testing, and troubleshooting of fiber optic systems in accordance with military standards. In addition, they will terminate Single Terminus (ST), Multiple Terminus (MT) and Commercial off the Shelf (COTS) connectors in accordance with Military Standards.
Successful completion of the program will result in the trainee being certified as a Fiber Optics Installer from Electronics Technicians Association and awarded a Military Fiber Optics Installation Professional Certificate of Completion from Infotec.
