INSTRUCTOR LED TRAINING

Infotec offers instructor-led training through the public schedule, as well as, through off-site training for contracts and/or groups.  Each of the instructors employed by Infotec goes through a rigorous hiring process, ensuring the quality of instruction parallels the level of service the organization stands behind.  Each instructor is certified for the class he or she teaches and holds extensive experience in the field, allowing the instructor to bring field experience into the classroom by using real-life analogies and examples.

With each instructor-led course, a student receives:

• course-materials

• a certificate of completion

• follow-on support

• the ability to retake the class at no-charge as often as desired* as long as space is available in the course.

*students must bring his/her materials to class and be attending the same course, version originally attended.   

Class size is typically twelve students with a class maximum of twenty.  Each student in the class has a computer he or she uses for hands-on labs.
