• Microsoft Developer Network (MSDN®) subscription. MCPs receive rebates or discounts on a one-year subscription to MSDN during the first year of certification. (Fulfillment details vary depending on location; please see your Welcome Kit for details.) The rebate or discount amount is $50 US for MSDN Library.
• Access to exclusive discounts on products and services from selected companies. Individuals who are currently certified can learn more about exclusive discounts by visiting the secured MCP Member Site and selecting Other Benefits.

Fulfill Program Requirements to Maintain Your MCT Certification:

Microsoft recognizes and promotes MCTs as Microsoft technical and instructional experts. Program requirements ensure that MCTs, who play such an important role in the training process, consistently satisfy customers.

• Meet technical competency requirements for each course they are authorized to teach.
• Administer course evaluations to every student and maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
• Teach at least 15 students during a twelve-month period.

At various times during the program year, Microsoft conducts audits of approximately five percent of the MCT community to ensure compliance with program requirements.
